Hi Christopher

Thanks for alerting me to this.

I’ve now added Royal Princess. It might take a few hours to properly get her location.

Regards

Neil

Hi Christopher

Thanks for letting me know about this.

I’ve updated the database. The ships should be there now. Their positions will be incorrect until we can locate them via AIS – probably sometime in the next day or so.

If you find any more corrections, please let me know.

Neil

I was wondering if you would be able to add another couple of ships onto Shipwatcher please?

Norwegian Pearl:

callsign: C6VG7

Norwegian Sun:

If possible it would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Christopher

Thanks for the comments.

1. I will try and add these ships. To do this, I need two things: (a) a link to the webcam page and (b) the callsign of the ship so I can get its location. If you can supply either or both of these, it will be a big help.
2. Yes. This has been a problem since I moved to the new server. It’s timing out because the server is working too hard, and rather than throw up an error, it’s just resetting and moving you back to the original page. It’s another issue I’m working on, but don’t have a quick fix, sorry. I’ll do what I can to remedy it over the next few weeks.

Regards

Neil

Great website, love seeing the webcam images on here.

Couple of things:

1) Are you able to include the webcams from the MSC Cruise Ships on Shipwatcher?

2) Lately when I have been viewing the webcam archives, i click to go to the next page, and it just stays on the current page, and then wehen it does go to page 3 for example, I click next, and it goes back to page 1.

Regards
Christopher

1. Streaming Cams: We can only display pictures that the cruise companies make available. So if they ever make a streaming cam available, we’ll do our best to show it. If you know of any, please let us know.

2. Smaller Cruises: We need two things to be able to include a ship on ShipWatcher. The first is a Webcam and the second is a location. So if there’s a ship with a webcam that you want us to include, please let us know her name. If you know her callsign too, that would be a big help. If we can track her location, we’ll add the ship to ShipWatcher.

Thanks for the question.
